West End Production
Since opening on the West End, the cast of the production has changed, with the of the primary performers leaving the show and the three original alternates also leaving the show. Grace Mouat was the first to leave the production mid August (to join &Juliet) and was replaced by Collette Guitart and Shekinah McFarlane. Collette took over the role of dance captain and swing and Shekinah of Alternate Aragon and Cleves. The other alternates cover order changed at this time to allow for Shekinah to join.
The next to leave was Shekinah (to join the UK tour as primary Cleves) and Courtney Stapleton (an alternate) on the 12th October 2019. Vicki Manser also completed her last show as an alternate on this date, as from the 15th October she took over as primary K Howard. Millie O'Connell, Aimie Atkinson and Maiya Quansah-Breed left the show on the 13th October, with the new cast members starting their run on the 15th October 2019 (Courtney Bowman, Danielle Steers and Vicki Manser).
Vicki Manser left Six! on the 15th December 2019 to join the Beautiful! UK Tour. The role of K Howard was then covered by the alternates until Sophie Isaac joined the cast in January 2020.

The West End cast was hit by a spell of injury and illness around Christmas 2019 and early January 2020. This led to the return of Vicki Manser to the role of Howard and Maiya Quansah-Breed to the role of Parr as emergency cover when the show did not have enough performers. Because of this, Jen Caldwell from the UK Tour Cast joined the West End cast as an alternate from the 3rd January to the 4th February. Six! has been able to avoid cancelling shows by 'ex-wives' returning luckily.

The cast below is the current cast of the UK Tour of Six! the Musical. When it opened, the principle cast were as present, with Harriet, Jennifer and Cassy as the Alternates. However, at the start of January 2020, Jen moved to the West End cast as an emergency alternate to help cover illness and injury within the cast. She is expected to be with the cast until the start of February. This left the tour cast short on alternates so Alicia Corrales-Connor (Bliss Primary Howard) joined the cast as alternate Howard.

Bliss:

The original Katherine Howard was Alicia Corrales-Connor. However, in January 2020, she left the Bliss Cast to join the UK Tour Cast as Alternate Howard and Bryony Louise Duncan (original Bliss alternate) took over as Primary Howard and Lori McLare joined the cast for February as Alternate Katherine Howard.
In March 2020, a new cast and crew boarded the NCL Bliss ship, as seen below.
